Bloom Bar Studio is a Bendigo-based florist offering handcrafted floral designs, vase arrangements, hampers and gifts. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bloom Bar Studio.

Products and Availability
All of our floral designs are crafted using the freshest seasonal blooms available.
As flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, shape or size may occur.
If a particular flower or product is unavailable, we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and style of your arrangement.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery and Collection
We offer local delivery throughout Bendigo and surrounding areas.
Delivery fees and timeframes are shown at checkout and may vary by location.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the flowers may be left in a safe, shaded location, or a redelivery fee may apply.
Click-and-collect orders can be picked up during our business hours once confirmed.
Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations
We take great care to ensure every order is made to the highest standard.
If you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be offered at our discretion for damaged, faulty or incorrect products.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Gift Hampers and Add-Ons
All non-floral items (such as candles, chocolates, wine, etc.) are subject to availability.
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase any product containing alcohol.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs and logos, is the property of Bloom Bar Studio.
No material may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability

Fresh Flower Orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request a photo of the flowers so we can assess the issue and determine the best solution.
Where appropriate, we may:
• Offer a replacement arrangement, or
• Provide a store credit or refund (at our discretion).
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Change of Mind
As our floral designs are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been prepared or dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a full refund.
Gift Hampers and Non-Floral Items
If a non-floral item (such as a candle, chocolate or gift product) arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Delivery Issues
If we are provided with incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or if no one is available to receive the order and it cannot be left safely, a redelivery fee may apply.
Please double-check recipient details at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
